Writing is definitely her first love. From poetry to blogging and now full-length scripts; Felichia’s main focus is creating content that is authentic and highlights the humor and humanity of our stories.
She recently launched Black Writers Studio, an online network for storytellers and content creators of color to connect, collaborate and create dope work. She has her eyes on the writer’s room and is working on her first series ‘Foreign’. ‘Foreign’ chronicles a young immigrant girl’s journey growing up in a strict Jamaican home in the 90s while trying to discover her community, creativity, sexuality and all other things “foreign”.
